Lion Copper and Gold Corp. Announces Option Grants 

July 2, 2024, Vancouver, British Columbia — Lion Copper and Gold Corp. (“Lion CG or the “Company”) (TSX-V: LEO) (OTCQB: LCGMF) announces that it has granted stock options pursuant to its fixed stock option plan to a director of the Company to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,700,000 common shares of the Company. The stock options are exercisable at a price of C$0.08 (US$0.058) per share and expire on June 28, 2027.
